Areas Served

Crews on-site across the GTA and 120 km out from Newmarket.

ProClad runs from a base in Newmarket, and our crews and shop operations cover roughly a 120-kilometre radius from there — the full Greater Toronto Area at the centre, reaching north to Barrie and Simcoe County, west to Kitchener–Waterloo, east to Durham Region and Peterborough, and southwest past Hamilton to the Lake Ontario shore.

Stylised map of south-central Ontario in dark charcoal and silver, centred on ProClad's Newmarket base with a dashed steel-blue ring marking a 120-kilometre service radius. Steel-blue markers show Newmarket at the centre, the Greater Toronto Area municipalities — Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, and Oakville — plus Oshawa, Barrie, Hamilton, Kitchener–Waterloo, and Peterborough near the edge of the ring. Lake Simcoe sits just north of Newmarket and Lake Ontario curves along the south.
Central & East Toronto

Downtown core and the inner boroughs.

Tight-site logistics, traffic management, lift permitting, and trade coordination in high-density conditions — all part of how we run downtown and inner-borough work.

Toronto

Commercial, institutional, and mixed-use cladding in the downtown core and inner neighbourhoods. Experience coordinating lift permits, lane closures, and tight-site sequencing on active streets.

North York

Mid-rise residential, mixed-use, and office envelopes through Yonge–Sheppard and the 401 corridor. Coordination-heavy projects with multiple trades on site.

Scarborough

Commercial, institutional, and mid-rise residential across the east end. Broad project range from retail strip rebuilds to full envelope replacements.

Etobicoke

Office buildings, industrial conversions, and residential work along the 427 and Bloor West corridor. Consistent repeat work with west-end GCs.

West GTA

Mississauga, Brampton, and Oakville.

Fast highway access via the 401 and the QEW keeps turnaround quick across the west end, from retail strips to premium residential along the lakeshore.

Mississauga

Retail centres, mid-rise residential, commercial additions. Close access to the 401 and 403 keeps crew mobilization and material deliveries quick.

Brampton

Townhome developments, commercial additions, and industrial conversions. Active residential market keeps us back regularly.

Oakville

Premium custom residential and hospitality. Clients typically work with an architect and expect detailing to match the drawings — exactly how we prefer to work.

North GTA

Vaughan, Richmond Hill, and Markham.

Active growth across the north GTA — mixed-use, office, and custom residential all moving in parallel. The 407 makes cross-region coordination practical for larger project portfolios.

Vaughan

Light industrial conversions, mixed-use developments, and custom residential. Regular work around Highway 400 and the Jane Street corridor.

Richmond Hill

Custom residential and small-scale commercial infill. Project mix leans modern residential with some retail and office.

Markham

Office, retail, and increasingly high-end residential. Strong demand around Unionville and the 407 corridor.

The Wider Radius

Beyond the GTA, still inside our 120 km radius.

The Greater Toronto Area sits at the centre of our coverage, but a 120-kilometre radius from Newmarket reaches a good deal further. These regions are all a manageable run from the shop, and we take on commercial and residential work across them.

Barrie & Simcoe County

A straight run north up Highway 400 to Barrie, Innisfil, Bradford, and the communities around Lake Simcoe. Custom residential and light commercial work, with quick highway access keeping mobilization simple.

Durham Region

Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax, and Pickering along the 401 east. An active residential market and steady commercial and industrial work across the east end of our radius.

Hamilton & Halton

Hamilton, Burlington, and Milton to the southwest, reached via the QEW and 407. Commercial façades, mixed-use, and premium residential along the western lakeshore.

Waterloo Region & Guelph

Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, and Guelph mark the western edge of our radius, out the 401 and Highway 7. Project-based commercial and residential cladding where the schedule works.

Peterborough & the Kawarthas

The northeastern reach of our radius, out Highway 115. Commercial and custom residential projects taken on a job-by-job basis as scheduling allows.

Past the Radius

A site beyond the 120 km line?

Work outside our radius — toward London, the Ottawa Valley, or deeper into cottage country — happens on a case-by-case basis. The scope, the schedule, and whether we can route crews efficiently all factor in. Mention it in your first conversation and we'll tell you honestly whether the project fits our operational reach.
