About

A cladding contractor built around one commitment.

The envelope is too important to hand off in pieces. ProClad Solutions exists to keep cladding as a single scope — from drawing review through fabrication, installation, and the final walk-through — so the work that gets installed is the work that was promised.

Our Story

Experience you can trust. Results you can see.

ProClad Solutions is based in the Greater Toronto Area and works across municipal lines on exterior cladding projects that need specialist attention. We started because too many envelope scopes were getting split across trades with nobody fully accountable — a fabricator somewhere, an installer somewhere else, a sealant sub at the end, and no single party owning the seams.

Our work spans commercial and residential, and the same discipline applies to both. A retail strip in Markham and a custom home in Oakville don't get the same materials, but they get the same process: early drawing review, coordinated detailing, in-shop fabrication, and an installer who knows the system before they arrive.

We operate a shop that fabricates the panels we install. That's deliberate — when something needs to be adjusted on site, we're talking to the bench that cut the part, not a subcontractor two provinces away.

How We Think About the Work

Four commitments we hold ourselves to.

  • Scope ownership

We carry the envelope from first drawing review to the final walk-through. No hand-offs between trades we can't control, no blaming "the other guy" when something doesn't line up.

  • Early truth

If a detail won't work, a date will slip, or a material change will cost more than it saves, you hear about it when it can still be fixed — not in the punch list.

  • Trained installers

Our installers work across the nine systems we carry. They know the substrates, the fastening patterns, and the weatherproofing sequences before they step off the truck.

  • Documentation that survives the project

Close-out notes, as-built drawings, and warranty info handed over in a form the next contractor or homeowner can actually use when something needs attention years later.

Leadership

Who you'll talk to.

ProClad keeps project ownership narrow on purpose. You don't get passed between an estimator, a project manager, and a coordinator — you work with the person responsible for your job for the life of it.

What Project Teams Say

What our clients have to say.

The installation detail on our Oakville home is exactly what the architect drew — which honestly wasn't a given when we started shopping contractors. ProClad did it right the first time, and the site was clean at the end of every day.

Andrea W. Homeowner, Oakville

We've used ProClad on three retail builds across Mississauga and North York. Consistent workmanship, no surprises on the punch list, and they actually respond when you call. That's more than we can say for most envelope subs.

Have a project to talk through?

Start a conversation. Drawings help, but a description of the scope and a rough timeline are enough.
